The dissipation dynamic and residues of spiroxamine in open-field-grown strawberries were determined using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). Spiroxamine application was performed according to Egyptian good agricultural practices recommendation. A QuEChERS-based extraction method along with direct analysis with an LC–MS/MS analytical method were optimized and validated, and the specificity of the techniques used was considered satisfactory. Good linearity (R2 > 0.999) was obtained for spiroxamine within the range of 0.001–0.1 μg/ml. The mean recoveries varied between 97.1 and 108.2%, with inter- and intra-day precision (RSD) <4.9%. The limit of quantitation for spiroxamine was 0.001 mg/kg. The results indicated that spiroxamine degradation in strawberry followed first–order kinetics (R2 > 0.9929) with an estimated half-life value of 4.71 days. Considering the Australian maximum residue limit (0.05 mg/kg) in strawberry and based on the results from residue trials with a preharvest interval of 14 days for strawberry, compliance can be expected. The present results could provide guidance to fully evaluate the risks of spiroxamine residues, preventing any potential health risk to consumers.  相似文献

A method employing ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS) for determination of eight components including ferulic acid, senkyunolide A, butylphthalide, ligustilide, butylidenephalide, senkyunolide I, senkyunolide H and levistolide A in Angelica sinensis was established. The separation was carried out using a Waters ACQUITY UHPLC BEH C18 column with gradient elution with 0.1% formic acid aqueous and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. Good linearity was attained with R2 of 0.9983–0.9998 in wide concentration ranges. The method had limit of detection (LOD) and quantitation (LOQ) in the range of 0.42–6.98 ng/mL and 1.39–23.28 ng/mL, respectively. Intra‐ and inter‐day precisions varied with relative standard deviations (RSDs) from 0.33% to 0.88% and 0.37% to 1.04%, respectively. Moreover, the average recoveries were in a satisfactory range of 92.7%–102.1% with RSDs of less than 3.60%. Finally, the method was successfully applied to analyze 19 batches of A. sinensis samples grown in Min County, Gansu province, China, as well as that collected in other regions. The findings indicated that the established method is reliable and may thus be applied as a powerful tool for qualitative and quantitative analysis of components in A. sinensis, which has its implications in quality control of A. sinensis.  相似文献

菜籽油在加工及贮藏过程中,易受氧气、温度、光照等因素的影响,产生氧化酸败现象。为准确判断油脂氧化程度,实现不同氧化模式下菜籽油品质的快速判别,采用三维同步荧光光谱技术结合平行因子分析法及BP神经网络法建立菜籽油氧化状态的智能评价模型。以冷榨菜籽油为原料,将样品分别置于常温、Schaal烘箱、高温模式中氧化处理,期间采集菜籽油的三维同步荧光光谱数据及理化指标,当理化指标超出国标限定范围时,停止采集数据。结果表明,菜籽油中荧光物质在不同氧化模式中的演变规律呈显著差异,氧化温度对菜籽油荧光光谱有明显影响。常温氧化350 d与第1 d相比,菜籽油的特征荧光峰位置无变化,仅在激发波长Ex为620和660 nm附近荧光峰强度发生微弱变化;Schaal烘箱氧化26 d后,在激发波长Ex为620和660 nm附近荧光峰强度显著减弱,且在激发波长Ex为350~450 nm之间有新的荧光峰生成;高温氧化48 h后,Ex为620和660 nm处荧光峰消失,在Ex为400~550 nm处产生显著荧光峰,相对Schaal烘箱氧化,荧光波长发生一定程度红移,这是由于高温氧化过程中油脂氧化生成的物质稳定性较差引起的。利用平行因子分析法对三维同步荧光光谱数据进行分解获取有效的二维荧光光谱数据,当组分数为6,Δλ=60 nm时激发波长的载荷值最大,不同样品间差异最显著。选定Δλ=60 nm波段的二维荧光光谱数据用于智能评价,作为BP神经网络模型的输入值,以极性组分作为模型输出值,分别对菜籽油三种氧化模式数据建模训练。实验结果表明,三种氧化模式对应的训练集、验证集、测试集模型相关系数r均能达到0.9以上,其中常温氧化模式中验证集及测试集模型的相关系数r为1,输出值与目标值较接近,模型的预测效果较好;综合三种氧化模式数据建模,对应训练集、验证集、测试集模型的相关系数分别为0.999,0.913和0.988,均方误差均较小,说明该模型能准确判断菜籽油的不同氧化状态。因此,三维同步荧光光谱技术结合平行因子分析法、BP神经网络法建立快速检测模型能实现菜籽油不同氧化状态的判别,为菜籽油的氧化程度的评价提供新方法,同时为其他食用油的品质评价提供参考。  相似文献

Sulfur‐fumigation is known to reduce volatile compounds that are the main active components in herbs used in herbal medicine. We investigated changes in chemical composition between sun‐dried and sulfur‐fumigated Radix Angelicae Dahuricae using a purge and trap technique to capture volatile compounds, and two‐dimensional gas chromatography/time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry for identification. Using sun‐dried Radix Angelicae Dahuricae samples as a reference, the results showed that 73 volatile compounds, including 12 sulfide compounds, were found to be present only in sulfur‐fumigated samples. Furthermore, 32 volatile compounds that were found in sun‐dried Radix Angelicae Dahuricae samples disappeared after sulfur‐fumigation. Information spreading in DTNs (Delay Tolerant Networks) adopts a store–carry–forward method, and nodes receive the message from others directly. However, it is hard to judge whether the information is safe in this communication mode. In this case, a node may observe other nodes’ behaviors. At present, there is no theoretical model to describe the varying rule of the nodes’ trusting level. In addition, due to the uncertainty of the connectivity in DTN, a node is hard to get the global state of the network. Therefore, a rational model about the node’s trusting level should be a function of the node’s own observing result. For example, if a node finds k nodes carrying a message, it may trust the information with probability p(k). This paper does not explore the real distribution of p(k), but instead presents a unifying theoretical framework to evaluate the performance of the information spreading in above case. This framework is an extension of the traditional SI (susceptible-infected) model, and is useful when p(k) conforms to any distribution. Simulations based on both synthetic and real motion traces show the accuracy of the framework. Finally, we explore the impact of the nodes’ behaviors based on certain special distributions through numerical results.  相似文献

Glechomae Herba (GH) is rich in bioactive phenolic constituents and is widely used for treatment of cholelithiasis, urolithiasis and dropsy. The simultaneous determination of phenolic constituents in GH from different geographical origins is significant for authentication and quality control purposes. In this study, we developed a strategy integrating targeted analysis and chemometric methods for quality evaluation and discrimination of GH from different geographical origins. Firstly, an accurate and reliable liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneous quantification of 15 phenolic constituents in GH from different geographical origins. The established method was well validated in terms of desirable specificity, linearity, precision and accuracy. Secondly, the quantitative data were subjected to principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis. Thirdly, a heatmap visualization was employed for clarifying the distribution of 15 phenolic compounds in GH from different geographical origins. These results indicated that GH samples from Shandong province obviously differ from those from other provinces in the content of bioactive phenolic constituents. Collectively, the proposed platform might be a suitable tool for quality evaluation and discrimination of GH from different geographical origins, providing promising perspectives in tracking the formulation processes of traditional Chinese medicine products.  相似文献

Building‐related health effects are frequently observed. Several factors have been listed as possible causes including temperature, humidity, light conditions, presence of particulate matter, and microorganisms or volatile organic compounds. To be able to link exposure to specific volatile organic compounds to building‐related health effects, powerful and comprehensive analytical methods are required. For this purpose, we developed an active air sampling method that utilizes dual‐bed tubes loaded with TENAX‐TA and Carboxen‐1000 adsorbents to sample two parallel air samples of 4 L each. For the comprehensive volatile organic compounds analysis, an automated thermal desorption comprehensive two‐dimensional gas chromatography high‐resolution time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry method was developed and used. It allowed targeted analysis of approximately 90 known volatile organic compounds with relative standard deviations below 25% for the vast majority of target volatile organic compounds. It also allowed semiquantification (no matching standards) of numerous nontarget air contaminants using the same data set. The nontarget analysis workflow included peak finding, background elimination, feature alignment, detection frequency filtering, and tentative identification. Application of the workflow to air samples from 68 indoor environments at a large hospital complex resulted in a comprehensive volatile organic compound characterization, including 178 single compounds and 13 hydrocarbon groups.  相似文献

针对塑性变形量评定的局限问题,基于铁磁材料塑性变形致位错在不同方向分布不同的现象,研究了磁测法在定量评定低碳钢塑性变形量方面的应用前景。实验以工程中常用的低碳钢Q195钢板为测试材料,制作了形状尺寸一致的一批试件,并对其进行了不同程度的塑性变形量加载。通过搭建的磁化检测系统,采用相同强度及频率的正弦波激励,对所有样品进行了不同方向的磁化;同时经线圈及隧道磁敏电阻(TMR)采集了每次磁化的磁化曲线,提取了磁化曲线特征参数,对比了其与塑性变形量的定量关系。结果表明:随着塑性变形量的增加,铁磁钢材在同一磁场强度下产生的磁感应强度也会变大;沿主塑性变形方向磁化时,磁滞消耗能量最少,沿主塑性变形垂直方向磁化时,磁滞消耗的能量最多;磁路内磁场在主塑性变形方向上对塑变量的变化最敏感,而磁路外磁场在主塑变垂直方向上对塑变量的变化最敏感。实现了铁磁材料磁特征参数与塑性变形量的定量关联。本研究为开发简捷的铁磁材料塑性变形量无损评定磁方法奠定了基础。  相似文献
